GOOGLE DOCS = AWESOME!!

In using Google docs, you are able to create documents that you can share with co-workers, friends, relatives or whoever you would like to share the document with in real time!  This tool proves to be very effective in the workplace due to it's ease of use.  When you create your account and profile, you will go to a tabe at the top of the page labeled Documents and click.  The page that appears will look like this:


You will then click on the red box that says Create and begin creating your document.  Once you have decided to save and share your document, you can sit back and watch in real time as those you shared it with add comments, delete things that may be irrelevant, add photos, graphs, Jing images, hyperlinks and so on.  I just created my first document and shared it with Professor Ken :-) I cannot wait to see what Professor Ken write back on it.
